Hello,

My name is Danylo Vorvul. On paper I’m two people, a Chief AI Officer at YTC and a PhD student chasing consciousness. The paper is wrong. Both jobs ask one question at two scales: what makes a pile of narrow processes act like a mind?

Global Workspace Theory answers with a theater. Specialized processes sit in the dark, attention runs the spotlight, and whatever lands on stage gets broadcast to the whole house. Consciousness is the broadcast. A company already has the cast, people and now agents, each brilliant at one thing and blind to the rest. What it’s missing is the stage. That’s what I build at YTC: a shared workspace where the company can catch a failure, ask why, patch its own tooling, and ship the fix while I sleep.

Fails are fuel.

I work by direction, not keyboard hours. Solo thinking, team execution, and the team now includes agents. Delegation turned out to be an engineering discipline, so I study it like one.

After work the research subject is me: boxing, basketball, iron. Wetware needs training too. That’s why wetware.club exists.
