Hello,

My name is Danylo Vorvul and I’m an AI engineer and PhD researcher. On the research side, I work on machine consciousness, building agent architectures that move toward genuine understanding instead of pattern matching. On the applied side, I lead AI at YTC, shipping production systems for enterprise. This site is the open notebook between the two.

Consciousness isn’t magic. It’s an engineering problem we haven’t solved yet, and most of the field is looking the other way.

The interesting question isn’t what AI can do for us. It’s what kind of inner life, if any, these systems already have, and what shifts the moment one of them genuinely does. Most teams treat this as a marketing footnote. I treat it as the central problem.

This site holds the work in public: long posts on agent architectures, predictions with timestamps so they can be checked against reality later, and the messy seam between deep research and shipping.

If you came to read, start with the blog. If you came to work together, book a call.
