YTC — AI Services Company

The applied vector. We build AI systems for real businesses — not demos, not toys, but production systems that handle real work. I lead AI here, which means architecture decisions, research integration, and shipping code.

A larger product vision that’s currently taking shape. Can’t say much yet — but it connects the research and applied vectors in a way nothing else does.

Building self-evolving agentic state management systems. Exploring how agents can autonomously maintain, adapt, and upgrade their own operational state — moving toward architectures that don’t just execute but genuinely evolve through interaction.
